Enquiries

Corporate, artisan and general-enquiry forms collect the information you choose to provide so TGA can respond. Every accepted enquiry is first written to protected server-side lead storage before email notification is attempted. This prevents a notification-delivery problem from silently losing the enquiry. Lead records are retained for up to 180 days and then removed by scheduled cleanup.

Artwork and files

Optional corporate artwork uploads are restricted by size and file type, inspected before acceptance, and kept in protected non-public storage for up to 30 days. Do not upload confidential information that is unnecessary for the gifting brief.

Newsletter choices

Newsletter opt-ins create an actual protected TGA website subscriber record containing the subscribed email address, consent timestamp, status and unsubscribe credential. The record remains active until you unsubscribe or ask TGA to remove it. Each subscription confirmation email includes an unsubscribe link when email transport is available; you may also contact TGA at support@theglobalartisans.com.

Abuse prevention

Raw IP addresses are not stored in enquiry records. Short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit identifiers may be used to prevent automated abuse and are removed by scheduled cleanup.

Consent

Choosing “Essential only” keeps optional third-party tools off. Choosing “Accept all” permits Zoho SalesIQ and provides the consent state that future optional analytics, marketing or personalization tools must respect. You can reopen your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
