After completing engineering and MBA, the job was my priority. Coming down to a city like Nashik, after marriage, opportunities narrowed down for me. As there are very few industries in the city. It's when spending time searching what to each afternoon, took me to this new skill. Upcycling. I make handcrafted and handpainted upcycled bags, wallets, purses, sling bags, greeting cards, upcycled jewelry, etc. I have managed to gather a staff of 10 women, who have been given training for all artistic creations. And hence we are called 'SHE SPIRIT'
